Our Guarantee is Simple and Direct:
If you engage our company to assist you with obtaining funding through our professional Funding Placement Program, and your company does not close any part, or closes less than 40% of the desired funding through our efforts within 140 days of contracting our services, we will refund your company the total service cost outlay made by your company to E-FVG, at the time of commencement of our contractual agreement.
If, however, at least 40% of the funding sought by your company is closed within 140 days of contracting our services, then no refund will be applicable. Should such a refund become applicable, the refund will be effected within 14 days of said refund becoming applicable. Please note that even in the event of such refund, E-FVG still pursues funding for its client.
